Our History
Over the last 10 years Sovereign Gymnastics has established itself as one of the most successful Sports Acrobatic clubs in the South of England.
Head Coach, Selina Adams has been a British Champion at sports acrobatics and has represented Great Britain as part of the GB Team Gymnastics team. Selina has created a fun but professional training environment that has delivered competition medal winners on a regular basis.
The fully qualified and registered coaches at Sovereign Gymnastics ensure that the club provides the same support and encouragement to all gymnasts from pre-school children in beginners classes to those forming the competitive Squad.

SOVEREIGN GYMNASTICS AND TRAMPOLINING CLUB HAS MOVED TO A NEW LOCATION SO THAT WE CAN OFFER OUR MEMBERS AND THE LOCAL AREA A FANTASTIC SPORTING FACILITY THAT WILL OFFER A WIDE VARIETY OF CLASSES FOR ALL AGES AND ABILITIES. WE WANT OUR DOORS TO BE OPEN TO ANYONE WANTING TO LEARN NEW SKILLS, IMPROVE HEALTH AND FITNESS OR SIMPLY JOIN A FRIENDLY CLUB FOR A GOOD TIME! WE HAVE NUMEROUS CLASSES GOING ON ASWELL AS SOFT PLAY MORNINGS AND PARTIES THROUGHT THE WEEK. WHY NOT COME DOWN TO SEE FOR YOURSELF AND JOIN IN THE FUN!
MAIN GYM
Sprung Competition floor with a high ceiling. One full sized trampoline bed, Beams, Bars, DMT, Rigs , Air Track, Foam pit and much much more.
Fitness Space
Matted room containing fitness equipment from weights, running machines, exercise bikes and lots of other additional fitness training equipment.
OVERFLOW GYMNASIUM
Let’s Have Some Fun
Matted area space used for blocks classes, Choreography training, Conditioning, soft play and parties.
